Another day closer..... Day 9 Midday

I'm really afraid I will not have time tonight to blog. My stepdad is in the hospital and had surgery this morning and I really want to go and see him. I've been good so far today and am hoping that we can go see him tonight, or at least go see and be supportive for Mom!

I've made good decisions up to now, and plan on doing OK tonight, but am not going to be too restrictive and try to find high protein food :/ That seems to be a hard one for me.

I am doing my challenge and so far it is going well so I'll just keep chugging away! I guess that's it for now, this way I dont' have to fret getting on here later tonight when I should be sleeping!!!
