Dancing away the pounds

It's so much fun to turn up the volume on the radio and just dance away your day. I really love to just relax knowing I'm working on me, and enjoying myself too.

My arms, my back and my thighs hurt like a MO-FO today... all muscles are screaming. So I KNOW I'm doing SOMETHING right. Woot!
