Woohoo!! 1 full week back on the plan and 2lbs gone --- when I was consistently losing 2lbs before, I was walking about 70 min up and down hills 5x a week.
This week, I walked 30 min up and down hills, but also did the strength training at home and still lost 2lbs.
I had a couple of days that were around 1000 cals instead of 1200, but then the last 2 days were 1500 and 1600 so over the week, that averages out to about 1200-1300 a day.
I sure was surprised when I got on the scale and had dropped 2lbs! I thought MAYBE one, if I was lucky. I never expected 2. WOOHOO!!
