Here is my problem

Yesterday had a great day of eating healthy, I came home worked out, drank my water and then...disaster...
We had Mexican food last night which is one of my favorites and I was planning to have the tacos (not taco bell kind of tacos). I figured that would be the healthier choice, but I was starving once we got to the restaurant and went with the flauta meal. I had no clue that the calories in that ONE meal could equal my whole day pretty much! Crazy. I told my fiance no more of just eating things that I think are a certain amount of calories and then end up being double. haha.
Today is all about the planning beforehand and making sure I know exactly what I am eating.
Also, today might be a little bit of a challenge for me as I get home early from work, I have no kids tonight (they are with their dad) and my fiance won't be home until later. I usually always get right home, change into my workout clothes and workout. When there is no one there, I do have a tendency to say "maybe I can just skip today." So I am out here telling you guys...I will work out today!
Someone check in with me tomorrow or tonight about 5 to make sure I did it! :)
