I went and worked out at the Nat today. Upper body today. I tried doing the elliptical machine thing, but only did 5 minutes on it. My "target" heart range is 127-137 and within 2 minutes that machine has me up past 140. I don't think that's healthy and if it is, I'm not ready for it. So, tomorrow I'm going to try the treadmill. I did do an hour of walking in the Lazy River. I stretched every 10 minutes. I'm so looking forward to the day when I can work out and feel energized. Instead, I work out and want to take a nap.

    if you want to work on the Elliptical, that is very cool. Just build your self up slowly. You will get there.

    Aw, take a nap. The treadmill was always my favorite. I am so upset that I can't do it anymore since the first hip replacment. I used to spend hours on that thing.
    The hour of walking in the river has to be so good for you.
    It has to get better as we get the pounds off!

    I hear you and am praying energized exercise for each of ut. Yesterday was an energy day for me! I did my excersize in 10 - 15 minute bursts throughout the day and felt great at days end. I am doing that again today as well.
