I went and worked out at the Nat today. Upper body today. I tried doing the elliptical machine thing, but only did 5 minutes on it. My "target" heart range is 127-137 and within 2 minutes that machine has me up past 140. I don't think that's healthy and if it is, I'm not ready for it. So, tomorrow I'm going to try the treadmill. I did do an hour of walking in the Lazy River. I stretched every 10 minutes. I'm so looking forward to the day when I can work out and feel energized. Instead, I work out and want to take a nap.
