Well, eating out twice yesterday put on some water weight (I am hoping its that). I did much better at dinner than I did at breakfast, which was a good thing. Got all my veggies in, got all my water in. I am glad that drinks at restaurants are so expensive.
Haven't ate much today, have not been all to hungry. Not sure why, but I have had a banana and a bowl of grape nuts today, and some cheese. That is it and I am hoping I am not coming down with something.
