Monday, Monday, Monday. Not my favorite day of the week. But it is a busy day so time goes by faster and I get off early today for an eye exam. So today will not be so bad. I wrote down everything I am going to eat today this morning and added up the calories I am hoping that if I pre write everything down I will stick to my meal plan and stay in my calorie range. If it works today It will work tommorrow. I have everything planned out Breakfast and Lunch are easy I can only eat what I brought with me to work however when I get home this evening that is when the real test will begin. I have to be strong and only eat what I have counted for the day. The food part is where I have been messing up my exercise has been great now it is time to get the eating part under control. so wish me luck and I will let everyone know how things go today.

    Well I did pretty good yesterday I did have two things not on my list but I think it will get easier and better with time.

    I cook for hours on Sundays and pack everything up and plan meal for the week. It works AMAZING!! Keep up the good work!!

    emoticon That's how I do it as well. It takes a while to plan it but since I have taken the effort to put it in I stick to it. Goodluck!
