Well I have started out this day the right way. I did a 3 mile Leslie Sansone WATP video and then some exercises for my abs. I feel so much better when I exercise however if I don't get it done first thing in the morning it isn't getting done. I left my house thinking that a hashbrown from a well known fast food restaraunt would be good but as I drove my oldest daughter to school and the baby to the sitter I convinced myself that it was not worth it and that there was better healthy choices I could make I stopped at Subway and got an egg white with cheese on whole wheat muffin 160 calorie total for my breakfast and I feel so much better for that. This afternoon will proof to be hectic as will tommorrow. I am working at one clinic until 12 then driving 30 mins to the other clinic to work until 3:30 then I have to take off to take the baby to the doctor because she hasn't pooped in three days. she has always had constipation problems. then it is off to pick up my oldest daughter from afterschool program so I can take them both to the home coming parade in town. Alyson is so looking forward to it she hasn't been to many parades. Then tommorrow I work until 12 have to get off work go talk to my devorce lawyer then be back at the house to meet the cable guy( thank God) I have missed not having tv. then me and the girls have to go to Dothan to pick up there pictures I can't wait to see them. I also have to get a Birthday present for my cousins little girls party which is on Saturday and I have to attend that as well. However, I will get to see some friends and family I haven't seen in awhile and I am looking forward to it. I also going to see my Alexis Saturday I miss her and it is her 15 birthday tommorrow so I am going to meet her near were she lives to give her a birthday present. well I guess that is everything right now. I hope everyone has a wonderful day.

    You have a very busy schedule planned! I love the Leslie Sansone WATP dvd's - did the 1 mile before work this morning. I agree, I feel energized for the day when I exercise in the morning. Good choice on ditching the hash brown for the egg white sandwich! Hope you have a great day!

    sheesh! busy, busy, busy! i realize this isn't as easy as getting breakfast out, but you can have 1.25 cups of ore-ida hashbrowns, fried in non-stick spray, for about 70 calories.

    I have found that when I eat more for breakfast it does last longer. I really like subways breakfast muffins they are very good.

    Wow, my eyes got tired just reading what you have planned. Go, go , go! Remember to set aside quiet time for yourself. If you get to busy to listen, you will never hear the inner voice thanking you for all the positive changes you made. Good choice on the breakfast. I try to get at least 1/3 of my calories in my breakfast meal. It makes the mornings that much better and if lunch gets delayed I am okay.
