Insanity Fit Test #1

So today I did my first fit test... man... It was harder than I expected. Especially as you go through each exercise and and you're getting tired...

10/14/10 - Fit Test #1

1. Switch Kicks ~ 50 reps

2. Power Jacks ~ 28

3. Power Knees ~ 63

4. Power Jumps ~ 15

...now this is where I start to think...'Are you kidding me?'

5. Globe Jumps ~ 6 reps

6. Suicide Jumps ~ 4 (really....!?)

7. Push-Up Jacks ~ 5 (Ha ha...I can hardly do a REGULAR push-up!)

8. Low Plank Oblique ~ 25

I'll be excited to see my progress in upcoming Fit Tests ~ There is so much room for improvement.

    Good luck ! emoticon Yes, it is a super intense workout, and you will be surprised as your endurance improves and the fit test numbers increase.

    You're numbers are very similar to mine. I'm doing the first workout tonight and I will let you know how it goes. We just have to remember to dig deep and do our best, it's all we can do. Good luck
