It's the little, every day blessings that warm the heart. The magnificent blessings are those that awe you and bring you to your knees before a magnificent Lord. But, the little blessings get us through the day.
As most of you know, I do not make much money. I'm okay with that because I'm helping my best friend build his companies and really believe that there is great potential for 6 months from now.
But, if you're a woman and you wear make up you know how expensive it can be. I used to make good money when I worked in Silicon Valley, CA. I always bought what I considered the best on the market--Merle Norman. One container of MN make up could cost anywhere between $25-35. Well, I've had to scale back considerably. I went back to using the less expensive Almay, then to Physician's Formula. Last night, I went all the way to the bottom--Elf. I have no idea if their ingredients are any good, but at $1. per item when I was out of everything, I was overjoyed! And today when I tested it out, I was surprised by grace--everything except the lipstick was easy to apply and the right shades. In fact, the mascara went on easier and looked better than any I've ever used. So, thank you Jesus, that you care even about the silly details of my life.
