Week 3 WIN Challenge Blog Entry

Well, I am tired of saying that I am going to do something and not stick by it. Year by year goes by and I say "well I want to be thin by ..." and I never accomplish it. The timeframe rolls by and I say, "well if I would have stuck to my goals and not given up, I would be super thin by now."
I went to valley fair yesterday and had trouble fitting into the roller coasters, that is embarrassing. I don't want to be that person anymore. This is starting to get depressing!
The only way I can fix it, is to actually stick to a plan. My problem is sleeping in to late! Then I have no time to properly start my diet for the day.
