Day 1 of my personal weight loss challenge.
Goals for this week:
Take dog on 10 min bike ride daily.
Ride bike to work (1.5 miles) Mon and Tues and run 3 miles Wed, Thurs, Fri
Drink 8 cups of water
1 carb food daily
Goals accomplished: (as of 12:50 today...will update later)

~Already ate two carb foods (toaster strudel - husband drank all the milk for my slim fast - and chips and salsa...my weakness)....and I'm supposed to have pizza for dinner....looks like I'm changing my dinner to Tofu Spaghetti.
~Drank 4 cups of water so far...
I am feeling pretty good even though I already spoiled my carb intake...it is so hard to go to a carb every meal to only one time a day. I think right now I am going to attempt to only eat carbs during my meals and not for snacks. Maybe this will be more attainable for now. We'll see. I just hate to set goals that aren't attainable and then feel like a failure.
I won't have time to go to the gym today, so I will do the 30 day shred tonight instead. Hopefully this will be a good replacement, maybe even do Quick Trouble Zones. We'll see what I have time for and if the husband will give up the TV long enough.
