was yesterday. I didn't do any exercise but I did stay within my calories, drink my 2Lof water AND get all my fruits and veggies. I'm alloted 1940 calories and I only ate 1871. So, I got my first gold star in a very long time.
Today was day two. I did a 28:28 minute 4.13km run tonight. I also kept my calories within range (1777). Fruits, veggies AND water goals were achieved.
Another gold star!
Tomorrow is another run day and I've made plans with a friend to go to Yoga on Friday. Now all I need is something to do on Thursday and Saturday.
