    thank you very much juneau2010
and allot of my struggle is while at work, i work a ton of hours at my job..and cant really stop to have a normal lunch... i eat pretty much on the go... wich is not good but thats way my job is.

i take a lunch most times..and bring lots of water..and low fat yogurt and usually a sandwich...wheat bread and turkey or ham or chicken lunch meat, with a slice of cheese, and a dab of mustard and mayo. but not much.

and sometimes baby carrots, or celerey.

and usually some crackers or pretzels..etc.. and some almonds.
and two pieces of fruit. usually a bananna and apple or orange or grapes or strawberries.

but its on the way home when im usually exhausted adn tempted to stop at drive thru...

so..thats anouther habbit i need to get under control too

Start with one change that you know you can continue:
take a piece of fruit with you
    or
measure out a real portion of the snack you find yourself munching on (pretzels or crackers or...) and put that baggie of premeasured food in your purse so you have it with you
    or
carry a water bottle with you
    or....
And then, when you are doing that first habit regularly, add another one.

Blogging about it is the first step. Hopefully your SparkFriends will give you the suggestions of things they have done to get over this hurdle and you can try some of them.

Then blog about your success and share your success with others on their pages. As you share your journey, thoughts about it will come back to you. As you're driving towards a fast food place thinking about fries or whatever, you'll remember something someone wrote on SP and think "I will try that fruit smoothie I read about instead!"

As you make these incremental changes, it will start to come together.

You can do it! Love yourself enough to make one healthy choice a day and build on it!

I do the same thing. I hate that about myself.
