Well the class last night was AMAZING!!! I loved it. I'm so sore today! I haven't felt sore like this in a while. It is nice. Feels like I really accomplished something. =)

Today I got a fitness assessment done...kinda bummed but now I have a great idea of where to start. So here were my results:

Weight: 154.5
Body fat: 26% (fair)
*Triceps skinfold (mm): 20.5
*Midsection skinfold (mm): 14.6
*Thigh Skinfold (mm): 36.0
Back flexibility: 56 cm (fit)
Push- ups max: 37 (excellent)
Total fitness score: 76 (fit)

So overall...I'm fit, but I'm just overweight and carrying too much fat. My goal body fat % is 15% which would put me at a goal weight of 137.5. This feel much more attainable than the 125...I was worried about making it to that weight, but I know I can make it to 137! I mean 15% body fat would be wonderful!

So here is my timeline...

10/22 - SW 154.5 (26% Body fat...bummer)
11/5 - GW 152
11/19 - GW 150 (Thanksgiving week)
12/3 - GW 148
12/31- GW 144!!! (Down 10 lbs and down to 19.5% body fat!)
1/7 - GW 143 (Go back for updated fitness assessment)
2/4 - GW 140
3/6 - FINAL GW 137! (15% body fat!) Also my 25th birthday!
