A good day.

It is so great to be able to do some gardening without my knee giving me as many problems.
I used the hoe and rake, bent over and pulled weeds. It's still not right and I am really careful not to injure it again. I do not do knee lifts, they are not good for it. There are other exercises I can do. Hip flexor is a good one.

Wonderful to hear your knees are feeling better - so easy to hurt them as we age! Great job with the outside work - hope you soaked up a lot of Vitamins!

Knees can be pretty painful. I've had a bum knee for several years. I must say, losing a little weight made a word of difference, though.
