Getting serious...

It's Monday...I am getting serious! This is the week I am kick starting my weight loss after my body fat % being measured.
This is going to be the week I push myself hard.
My goals for this week:
Walk 10,000 steps a day.
Minimal carbs.
Exercise 30 min a day.
No over eating.

Hope everyone has a great week before Halloween!
