~Operation Mickey Mouse...getting myself fit and toned for our Disney trip~
I will keep these daily blogs short and sweet since I am going to attempt to post my daily results.
Water ~ 80-ish oz.
Fruits/Veggies ~ 13 servings
Walking ~ 3.5 miles 52 minutes 257 cals burned
ST ~ upper body & running ST ~ crapload (see my fitness tracker)
Binges ~ nada...none and stayed out of the crap ~ 2 day streak
I give myself an A+++ for today and I feel so good about it. I know I am most likely hitting it pretty hard in the beginning but I am hoping for a jumpstart to get my metabolism stoked. Once I find a happy medium I will scale back slightly as I don't want to burn myself out. I know me and how I operate.
I would also like to note to anyone that uses BioFreeze. Watch where you put that stuff! Wowzer baby!
