I am feeling so awesome this evening and I can't believe the results already. I am starting to actually see toning in my lumpy thighs and that makes me giddy. I used 3 Coach Nicole cardio videos and was soaked when I finished. Some of these are hard, people! I used a Coach Nicole 15 min. abs video and my abs actually cramped they were working so hard. I am sure I will feel it in the morning. Saweet! Right now I am in such a wonderful groove and totally loving it. Who woulda thunk!

My nutrition is glowing and I am thoroughly enjoying the cleaner eating. What a difference it makes in how I feel. Try it you might like it. Today I had absolutely no moments when I thought I would binge and that is amazing to me. I am starting to buy into the notion that when you eat crap it has an effect on your cravings. My diet is not perfectly clean but it is so much better. I don't think I could handle perfect no sugar no white flour no blah blah blah clean eating, but this is a much better alternative for me.

I will leave it at that for tonight, but I just want my Spark buds that are feeling like the are flubbery and yucky to please give what I am doing a try. Remember me saying that I hated any fitness other than running? Well, I gave it a shot and I am currently eating it up with a spoon. What a difference it is making in my entire attitude. I am truly looking forward to starting my Princess HM training in tiptop shape. It will be interesting to see the difference there may be from my first HM training to Princess training. Stay tuned!

    Cleaner eating makes one feel better. I still fail from time to time, but I am feeling so much better, happier, healthier. A lot of people are sick around me at the moment, I seem to be an explosion of health with so much energy!
    Hubby had a check-up yesterday: high bloood pressure gone! high cholesterol gone! It is all in the food.
    It is also true that bad food makes us crave more bad food.
    Nothing feels better than to see some toning on those legs....
    Way to go!
