Twilight Challenge Vision Board

I made my vision collage today. I have a quote that I heard from a contestant on The Biggest Loser. Nothing tastes as good as how thin feels. I used to have that quote on my fridge in my apartment.
I found some pics in a magazine about women who have lost the weight and kept it off. The lady on the beach is 33 like me and lost 120 pounds. I don't have quite that much to lose, but her before and after pic was wow effect. The thing that got her motivated to the gym was pretty workout clothes. It made her excited to want to go the gym. I am still having trouble exercising on a steady basis and the clothes that I do have to workout in are baggy t-shirts and pants that don't fit well. I miss the gym terribly. I put the picture of Valerie Bertinelli on there because dang--she looks good at 50. She has not had an easy time of things, and she is kind of an inspiration to lose weight and take care of herself.
Oranges and carrots are on there, for fruits and veggie intake, a delicious looking salad and a note about mint. Mint can help tame your hunger! A reminder to chew gum and/or drink water when I am hungry after just having had a meal.
The bathing suits--I was a swimmer in high school and would REALLY like to get back into all my bathing suits. Hiking boots and pedometer. I have always wanted to try hiking. True hiking, like hiking the Grand Canyon hiking. I think that would be an awesome goal trip for me and the bf once I hit my goal weight. Or go see the Redwoods. I want to be able to walk and enjoy them without having to constantly rest to keep up.
I bought 2 new magazines for this and didn't use either one. I realized I wanted to read them before I cut them up. I found a wonderful sounding chicken and spinach parmesan in one of them! I got most everything done that was on my list today, which was one of my goals.
