Binges ~ nada...none and stayed out of the crap ~ 5 day streak

I decided to put my run off until tomorrow when its a tish warmer with much calmer winds. Call me a wimp but I'm just not quite ready to "go there" yet. So for my cardio I opted to take the cellophane off my Turbo Jam dvd and give it my best shot. I am not coordinated people. Not one lick. I have always hated dancing and choreographed stuff like this makes my skin crawl and I woul;d rather have my eye lashes plucked out slowly one at a time. BUT, I have stepped outside my comfort zone somuch this year, whats one more thing.
I went through Chalene's primer on how to do the 11 main moves and proceeded with the Learn & Burn. It was actually fun and I think that as I do this routine, it will start to come to me. I am hoping that one day I will not look real ridiculous doing this dvd. Maybe. I think. I did burn calories with the 35 minutes as I wore my Polar F7. I did end up to be pretty sweaty so something was working.
I then did upper body ST followed by my PT Candi running exercises. I have another PT session tomorrow morning and I think that I will need just another week of PT as my heel is feeling alot better. I plan on running about 3-4 miles after work and THAT will give me double digit mileage this week.
My eating was once again superb today with zilcho binges. I will give myself an A+ once again and also a pat on the back. The weekend is coming quickly and that will be perhaps a challenge but I will make it through. I am determined and I will just keep reminding myself that I rawk.
