OMG, I am feeling so wonderful and light. I cannot remember the last time I felt like this and this is just after day 6. Can't imagine what I will feel like after another few weeks and I will be anxious to find out. I am enjoying great motivation and have that fire in my belly smokin hot.
Today, I joined the SparkPeople 28 day Bootcamp along with our daughter in law Emily (emilyrose1244) and together we are going to watch our scales once again creep downward. Right, Emily? After looking over the bootcamp schedule, it fits perfectly into Operation MM and thank you, Emily, for joining first as it gave me the idea to join.
I went out for a 45 minute run and man oh man were my legs tight and sore from the lower leg ST I have been doing. Thats okay though as the reason I am soing all of this ST stuff now is I am between training periods and this is the perect time to get my body conditioned. After this 4 week project, I should be able to maintain what I have as my muscles will be built up and ready for heavy duty running.
My legs finally loosened up after a few miles and then I got into a good groove. I had to actually break out my running pants, dang it. The 45 minutes gave me 3.75 miles at 12:01 ap with splits of 12:00, 12:01, 12:00 and 12:03. I ran a total of 12.5 miles total for the week.
I am not quite sure what I am going to do tomorrow but I may treat it as a rest day or at least not as intense as my muscles feel whooped. I think my body is telling me it needs a little break. Sunday I will start my 28 day bootcamp. Stay tuned on that one.
My eating today was once again great with no binges and no cravings. Gotta love that, huh? RAWK!
