What will I do today to be healthy? I had my protein shake for breakfast and I am at work drinking lots of water. I will try to get up from my desk and move around. Tomorrow I am going on a long walk with my fellow Susan G. Komen 3 day, 60 mile walker buddy. After that journey a 8 mile walk seems like nothing! Monday I will start back on the C25K program. I need to find a new podcast to go with it, because I don't think I can listen to the same one from before all over again....That will be my mission today, to find a new podcast. wish me luck! Have a safe and Happy Halloween....

    Which podcast did you use before? I found one called NHS, I think it's from the UK.
    I haven't picked any set days to do C25K. I might go tomorrow.
