Cold Season

Monday, November 01, 2010

I was hoping I would not get a cold this season. I did get the flu shot already, and I do not think it is the flu, it is all in my head at this moment. I have a cont. headache right now, and my eyes are really watering a lot. Just made myself some healthy chicken soup which helped to get my sinuses draining. My doctor said with losing weight my immune system is lowered so perhaps this is why I caught this cold this season. For some reason it irritates me that I did get this. I try so hard to stay healthy yet the germs still seem to find me. Oh well now I am concentrating on getting through this quicker. I do not like it when I get off my schedule.

Had to take my Mother to her regular MD appt. this morning also, so I was not able to just rest. But I made sure it was all I did besides making the soup.

Just have to see this through I guess.

I hope you feel better soon.

If I am within 20 miles of cold germs I will get them and catch a cold. I have a very low immune system and always have had. I am sick every single year through my birthday and Christmas.
