Operation Mickey Mouse W2D2 Monday {feeling focused}

~Operation Mickey Mouse...getting myself fit and toned for our December Disney trip~

I was toodling along nicely this monring and made it through lunch without cravings. All of a sudden at about 1:30 all heck broke loose and I was thinking about eating something crappy. Where in the heck did that come from? Did I eat a trigger food at lunch? I wasn't stressed about anything. What the heck? I eventually grabbed another glass of water and headed outside to sit in the subshine and get up and move. That seemeed to get it back under control. I was ultimately successful as I enjoyed another day of being binge free. that makes 9 days in a row.

I came home after work and immediately hit the streets for a 45 minute planned walk followed by the 28 day bootcamp 10 min. lower body video. I then did my usual running ST and with that alone I am very pleased with myself for keeping that routine going strong. I am very satisfied with my fitness.

I did something daring today and ate my maximum amount of calories and that makes me very nervous. I am thinking that i am not getting enough calories since upping my fitness so we will see if the weight starts coming off. I have 6 lbs. to go to my new goal which is my old goal LOL. I will get there again.

That is it for this evening so until tomorrow...
