~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I had one heck of a fitness day starting at 6 am this morning with PT Candi as she really put me through the paces. She must have been really stoked on coffee cuz I was doing 3 sets of this, that and more this and that. Wow. It felt good though as she said I am really really responding to the ST and strengthening nicely. She is going to videotape my running and get down to the nitty gritty of analyzing my runnng form. LOVE IT!
On the eating front we are now day 10 of eating well with no binges. That is so exciting and empowering. I ate the upper end of my calories yesterday and the lower end today and I will keep mixing it up like that. Really confuse my body. Even with eating the lower end of the calories I am getting a very well balanced diet and you can even see on my tracker. Its a thing of beauty.
I am not quite sure what I am going to do tomorrow cardio wise as it may be Turbo Jam, walking or I may do a Coach Nicole cardio video. Either way I will do 30-40 minutes worth. Sweet.
On a real exciting front, I bought a pink Susan B. Komen mouse to use with my laptop as I am about fed up with using the laptop touchpad. You see, as I type the cursor jumps all over the place and screws my typing up plus I lose alot of stuff already typed. So, after discussing this with our family IT person (son) he said to use an external mouse and turn the touchpad OFF. As I am typing I am discovering that my cursor has not jumped once and that makes me extremely GIDDY!!!! Oh the little joys in life!
That is it for this evening so until tomorrow...
Toodles!
    I have a laptop that I use the touchpad on. I don't have any problems with my mouse jumping around... however, I used an IBM Thinkpad at my last job and IBM has that little nub between the T, Y, G, and H that acts as a mouse. THAT thing sent emails on my everytime I bumped it, or jumped the cursor around, deleted stuff all the time... I had to shut that off. Drove me MAD! I hope you enjoy your pink mouse! I love buying stuff that benefits some form of cancer research or other medical research. :)
    Tammy's new laptop actually has a small 'power' button for the touchpad for that very reason; ingenious.
    I've always stuck with the external mouse. The touchpad drove me crazy -- just too old a dog to learn that new trick!
    You're doing so great! I'm especially impressed by your non-binge streak. I may have to follow your lead - I'm struggling to stay out of the crap food lately.
    I had no idea there was a Susan B. Komen mouse, although I'm not surprised you found it! BTW, I'm now co-captain of the Outlaws. I'm moving up in the world!
