Staying In your calorie range but not losing weight? I have the answer!

Dear Spark Friends,

After reading the Eat Clean Diet by Tosca Reno I realized how important lean PROTEIN is for losing weight. I had been exercising twice a day and staying in my calorie range but the scale was NOT moving! Now that is upsetting. So I did as the book suggested and added lean protein into every meal, 5-6 reasonably sized meals per day. Not tiny, not huge. My protein went from 30g per day to 80g. and the scale took a nose dive!
Here is how it looked.
week 1; minus 3
week 2; minus 0
week 3; minus 3
week4; minus 0
week 5; minus 2.5
I am full all day long, crave less sweets and I am shrinking!!
