~Operation Mickey Mouse...getting myself fit and toned for our December Disney trip~
emoticon Water ~ 64 oz.

emoticon Fruits/Veggies ~ 9 servings

emoticon Sodium intake 546 mg.

emoticon Cardio ~ day off

emoticon ST ~ BC 7 min. Core video, more Spark abs/core videos ~ Running ST

emoticon Binges ~ nada...none and stayed out of the crap ~ 11 day streak

I stayed out of the office donuts!! THAT is a major coup and yay for me! I was quite the salesman trying to pawn them off to other people and it was a successful tactic. I have been good as gold and have been binge free for 11 days now. Awesome!

I took the day off from cardio as I have been hitting the cardio hard in various forms and I seriously need to give my legs a break. My quads are just a little tender. No biggie. I am not really moving on the scale but I am continuing to feel smaller. My jeans are slightly looser, but I am still feeling and looking slimmer. I don't think its all in my head.

I have finally decided on a HM training plan for Princess and it is one of Jeff Galloway's that he has FOR Princess since he is the official coach for runDisney.com. The longest long run is 14 miles which is perfectly fine with me. I would run just 3 times per week with nothing fancy schmancy with the plan. Two 30-ish minutes runs plus the long run on the weekend. I can add some speed to one of the weekday runs if I like but its not forced on you. Super sweet! I could actually start it now and for the most part, is about what I have been doing. i guess you could say then, that I have now started HM #2 training!! Wowzer!

I have another PT session with Candi tomorrow morning so I would imagine she will once again put me through the grinder. Bring it, PT Candi! I'm ready for anything you throw at me! Careful what you wish for, huh? So tomorrow, its lower ST with Candi, most likely a 40 minute run after work and then the daiky SparkPeople 28 day Bootcamp toning video and finishing with some running ST. Sounds like a full day to me!

That is it for this evening so until tomorrow...

Hi Laurie! Way to go avoiding the donuts! I didn't fare so well with the Texas Sheetcake a gal brought in to celebrate her birthday... I think I ate a quarter of the dang thing. I'd never had it before and it was absolutely divine!

I haven't started my HM training yet... Coach Joe is supposed to be designing a different training schedule for me since I've already got 10 miles in the books, but now he's out of the country for a few days, so he hasn't gotten it done yet... I finish my 10 mile training on Sunday when I complete my Runners 4 Payton run. All I know is that I have GOT to find a different place to do my long runs because Wilton is getting sooooooo boring! Brad's going to have to let me run out of town on some of the lesser traveled roads or my HM training is going to suck bad... not to mention when I start training for a full!! 22 miles in Wilton??? No thanks...

Anyhow... good luck with your training. Your plan sounds nice... almost like something I'd like... Oh, and no article in the paper this week... booooo. Hopefully next week.
