I have been doing well with my cardio, but I seem to be having trouble with logging and eating. I need to try to refocus and really make myself log food. I have enjoyed starting the c25k running program and found a new podcast that I really enjoy. I missed running, it really lifts my spirits much more than walking does. So, I just wanted to blog and commit myself to the food journal the rest of the week. I need to drop some lbs and get myself in a good grove before Thanksgiving hits!
