I have been doing well with my cardio, but I seem to be having trouble with logging and eating. I need to try to refocus and really make myself log food. I have enjoyed starting the c25k running program and found a new podcast that I really enjoy. I missed running, it really lifts my spirits much more than walking does. So, I just wanted to blog and commit myself to the food journal the rest of the week. I need to drop some lbs and get myself in a good grove before Thanksgiving hits!

    Keep logging your food. I need to get back into that habit too.
    Have fun with the C25K. Is the podcast you are listening to specific to C25K or something else you enjoy listening to?

    Hey there!! We must stick together :) It's going to be tough around thanksgiving, logging points. I struggle logging things that I don't make. Who knows what's in there???

    Which podcast did you find? I like having the podcast! I think running lifts my spirits too- it makes me feel energized. At least at this point. We'll see what I say when I'm running 5K!! :)

    I'll check in tomorrow after my workout!
