So far I have lost 4 lbs. I weigh in again on Tues. I have been doing 100 crunhes a day, 100 bridges a day, and doing Tae Bo. Today I tried the Biggest Loser workout and it kicked my butt. I think I'm going to do it everyother day and the days I don't do it I'm going to do my Tae Bo. I felt bad today because I ate a cheeseburger and onion rings, but I came home and put it in the calorie counter. Found out how many calories I had left for the day and made sure I didn't go over my calories. I also had 12 glasses of water today, so that made me feel really good.
