~~~~~~~~~~~~~
All I can say is from my butt down is whooped! I had one intense ST session with PT Candi and did this one single leg squat exercise that involved my whole body. I have NEVER experienced anything like that before. We did somewhat easier ST after that. I ran for 40 minutes taking me to a total 3.22 miles. After finally deciding on a Princess HM training program my training has indeed now started. This program will be a tish easier than Smart Coach. I won't be running the mileage I did before on a weekly basis but my longest long run will be 14 miles. I'm cool woth that. i would like to have tikme to incorporate ST into my fitness program. With Smart Coach it seems like all I did was run.
My eating today was impeccable and now enjoying 12 days of being binge free. I am feeling so awesome and healthy. My emotions are in check and I am in such an wonderful groove. Love. It.
I have so many Spark buddies that are in a bad funk right now and I want you all to know that I was there. It was alot of soul searching that brought me out of mine. It was when I totally changed up my SPage and came up with Operation MM with goals and a plan that I dug myself out of the abyss and into the bright sunshine. My friends, you can do it too! if there is anything that I can do to help you (and ya'll know who you are) please let me know! Just remember, funks don't last forever and brighter days are ahead.
That is it for this evening so until tomorrow...
Toodles!
    I wonder what Coach Joe will come up with for me for training... I'm pretty sure I won't run anything over 13 miles though for my training. Seeing as how this is my first half, running 13 miles before hand would kind of cheapen the actual event for me... but you've already done one, so you're good. lol
    Thanks for the pep talk too. :)
    you ROCK (or in your words, RAWK) Laurie!!! :) :)
    Love it. I had some pretty intense ST today at PT too! It's good for me! I really want to be running again. I'm getting better! It's so evident to me now how important ST is. My knee is ending up to be as big of a problem as my calf; and the knee itself isn't really the problem, it's the muscles around it. Weak glutes and lower quad, which I really didn't consider could happen to me as a distance runner, using those muscles all the time. But if that were true then I wouldn't have issues with the knee wanting to turn inward. :) Ah, wisdom. I learn something new every PT session.
    I seriously think I have gained at least 5 lbs in the past 2.5 weeks. OMG. But... I got a GoWear Fit and display off of eBay and I am going to start using it tomorrow. I need to figure out a name for my own "operation MM". I want to be rockin it at age 26... which is Feb 14.
