~Operation Mickey Mouse...getting myself fit and toned for our December Disney trip~

emoticon Cardio ~ 40 minutes of SparkPeople Coach Nicole cardio videos

emoticon ST ~ BC Day 6 Upper Body video ~ Running ST

emoticon Binges ~ nada...none and stayed out of the crap ~ 13 day streak

Don't ever take Coach Nicole's cardio videos for granted as I was a dripping mess when I finished the fourth one. The clincher was the one where you jump over a jumprope or res. band that is lying on the floor. You jump over that sucker in every which way and I was exhausted at the end. That was my cardio portion of my SparkPeople 28 day Bootcamp and I then did day 6's toning video which was upper body. I topped my fitness off with my running ST. Goal met.

I hopped on the scale this morning and was greeted with a pound loss. That makes 3 lbs. down...after I went up 2 when i started Operation MM. I am seriously feeling thinner and that means one thing...I am gaining muscle! Sunday morning I will take my weekly measurements and see where we are at.

Today's eating was once again right on target and I am now 13 days being binge free! That is so incredible for me.
