So when I woke up this morning I had not decided what kind of cardio I would do today. Then I remembered that I had just received my Jackie Warner Xtreme Timesaver Training dvd. Let me tell you, this 30 minute workout left me wiped out with a soaked shirt. My legs and arms were shaking. What does that tell you? Coach Nicole has a DailyBlog blog reviewing it and that is where I discovered it. It touts using compound sets and you really get alot of workout in a relatively short amount of time. I highly recommend it. I burned about 250 calories in 35 minutes!

I then finished out with the SparkPeople 28 day Bootcamp video which was one of Coach Nicole's abs and core workout. Then of course, some running ST. That was a great workout and can you even believe I just finished week 2 of both cardio AND ST? Amazing, isn't it? I don't foresee stopping anytime soon because I am literally seeing results. I have gone down about an inch-ish off my waist and a little off the hips. Saweet! I am also starting to lose weight also albiet slow. That is okay by me as I only have about 4 more pounds to go.

I also just finished my 14th day beeing binge free! I am feeling so wonderful and my moods are nice and even. I also have not had any water retention issues and that is because I am not binging AND seriously watching my sodium.

Tomorrow, I will be heading to the bike path with Jim and I will be running a 5 mile easy slow run. Last week I ran a total of 13.22 miles and even though I ran a Half marathon September 26, I am rebuilding my running mileage as I gave my body a break for about 3 weeks. A mere 6 weeks ago I had a weekly running mileage of 28 miles. That is how much I have cut back. I am now ending week 4 of my 20 week Princess training. My longest long run will be 14 miles this time around, but I am only running 3 times a week with minimal speedwork. My other 2 runs are 35 minute runs. This is a Jeff Galloway training plan and he puts an emphasis on the long run with the other 2 being "keep it limber" runs. He does give you the option of speedwork trickled in.

That is it for this evening so until tomorrow...
