Friday's weigh in

Well Friday's weigh in was disappointing. I weighed in at 153. So I lost nothing and gained a half lb. Hubby and I ate out a bit too much this week. It's just been so hard to cook dinner bc of being so busy. This is a sample day for me...
5:30 am...wake up and get ready for work.
6:40 am...get to school to teach my first graders.
3:00 pm...head home for a quick break.
4:00 pm...go coach my 9th grade cheerleaders
6:30 pm...head to gym to meet up with hubby.
10 pm...bed time so I can get my 7 hours of sleep.
So now I have to figure out when I can cook myself dinner and also get a workout in. I also need to avoid eating dinner so late. That schedule is my Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday schedule. Wednesday and Friday I don't have cheer...So here's my thought...Wed, Fri, and Sat I can go to gym for weights. The other days I can try to get a run in between teaching and coaching. This would give me time for a good three mile run and at least three hundred calorie burn. So then I could go home after coaching and cook dinner by 7. I'm going to try this schedule this week and see how it works.
I have to get on track with my weight loss. I'm feeling horrible and can now see all the weight I have put on. I feel like everyone is seeing it and thinking about it when they see me too. it's killing my confidence and I just can't stand it.
Goals this week...
*Track all food eaten.
*Try new schedule all week.
*Don't eat out so much.
