Weekends are difficult!

I got myself into a really bad habit back when I first did the WW program. It was when the points system was fairly new and a friend of mine did a program called Weekends Free. So even though I was on the 1,2,3 program, I took the "Weekends Free" term literally and began eating whatever I wanted. I was still very successful doing it that way, however, I was still giving into my bad eating habits. It's easy to go right back to eating junk food and other crappy things if I allow myself to eat like that every single weekend. My healthy eating does not become a lifestyle change. Guess that explains why I am on attempt #4 of losing the same weight (plus some from pregnancies).
I need to break myself of this unhealhty habit, but I am having a difficult time with it.
