Well, day two of my new daily routines.

I have a bad headache today. Can't seem to shake it. Boo. We'll see how it goes. It will not stop me from getting everything in today. =)

Chili is in the crock pot and ready for dinner tonight! =) Looking forward to another great meal tonight!

No cheer tomorrow, so I will get a nice break from my busy life and actually hit a fitness class at my gym. Then hit the weights again on Friday and Saturday.

I sneaked a peak at the scale this morning and I'm already down a lb. I weigh myself everymorning right before jumping in the shower so that they can be consistent. Hopefully I can see at least that lb or more loss all week!!

    Water can help your headache otherwise I just take a couple of panadol....

    Drink extra water for the headache, or maybe some green tea. Both of those can help flush my headaches away. Way to go on the weighing, remember though, the scale can lie. i find it helpful to have one day a week that I always write down my weight so that i actually judge by that number and the days in between are just guidelines.
