Well, I have gone 3 days with my new daily routine and I am really liking what I am doing. I feel good and I feel like I'm accomplishing things. Today was my day off of cheerleading and I was able to relax a bit this afternoon before I hit the gym with the hubby. He lifted and I went to a total body class...which is another story.
So, this class. Hehe. =/ I am so out of shape it is ridiculous!!! I have NO weight lifting endurance AT ALL. There were 45 year-old women in there out lifting me (not by weight, but by reps) a 24 year old girl. This goes to show that you do not get out of shape as you get older...you just have to STAY in shape. I have not endured being one of the weakest in the class...and let's just say I'm embarrassed. This has really encouraged me to keep it up and work harder and harder to get back in shape. Not just lose weight...bc you can be skinny and not be fit. I need to run, lift, continue these classes and DVDs that I have been doing. I want to be that 45 year old woman kicking the 24 year old's butt!! And I will!
