1 Step Back, 2 Steps Forward

That little phrase encourages me. I was doing so well and.. It all went out of control. I wouldn't had though the Holidays would have been so rough. BUT the important thing i think, is that i'm back and motivated.
I tracked my food today, it was a long time since the last time i did it. I busted my calories and fat intake, of course. Tomorrow will be better, and i'll drink water, too.
I need to read articles and to see people who made it, you're all giving me strenght. Thank you!
