Shred-it with Jillian

Thursday, November 11, 2010

So I am heading out at lunch to get Jillians new dvd. I plan on doing it for the next month. I guess I will pick up a kettle bell also. Do you have it? Do you like it? Is it harder than the 30 DS?

Would like to know if it is possible to do the exercises on this DVD using a regular dumbell. Let me know what you think. emoticon emoticon

I have only done the 30 day shred, let me know. I was hesitant to by the other one incase they were too close to the same. My husband and I have been doing a video by JACKIE (personal trainer to the stars and we have both really liked it). She has different 15 min. workouts of upper, lower, abs or full body and a 40 min. full body on one cd. It is similar to Jillians, my husband just uses heavier weights.

I have a KB but don't have the video. Will you post a review of what you think of it? KB are tough alone, I can only imagine what Jillian will have ya doing. Good luck!

I've never actually done that workout, but I hear it's amazing. A few of my close friends do it regularly, and they love it! They say it's really hard, but totally worth it. I'm thinking of trying it myself. Let me know what you think of it!
