Hi all...
I recently weighed myself again and i was back up to 150....so not impressed...but with the move coming up so fast and trying to get all the things done for the wedding before we go is very difficult and i do try my best to watch what i eat and i try to exercise everyday for at least 10 - 20 minutes...so what am i doing wrong???? I guess i'm not eating the right kinds of food or just eating to much...can't wait for the move to be over and i can get settled into my own house with my own food and with my own schedule...19 more days to go then a week on the road to get there.....how fun will that be :) I hope it will work out when we get to edmonton, i really want to lose at least 10 for my wedding in may.

    Stress can impact your body's ability to shed fat. Being under a lot of stress releases certain hormones that tell your body not to burn as much fat - to save it so that you can "survive" the stress. Your body doesn't know that you're getting married; it perceives all stress as a crisis that could impact your survival. So if you're really stressed, that may be impacting your weight loss efforts.

    Try to watch your nutrition first and foremost, and if you can, try to get in some good quality strength training. Strength training goes a LONG way to transforming your body's appearance. You will not look like a guy or a body builder if you pick up a heavy weight. It doesn't quite work like that - there's more involved.
