What could have turned out to be a nothing fitness day ended up to be fantabulous! Since this week was wonky, why not finish it out with yet another. Well, when I came home I decided that I would do a crapload of Spark videos and that is indeed what I did. I started out with Coach Nicole's The Spark Fit & Fabulous dvd...twice and then filled in the rest of the 40 minutes with a video from the online fitness videos. Then, topped it all off with the Spark Bootcamp Day 6 upper body bideo and then abs ball video. THEN, my usual evening running ST. Whew!

My eating was great and now day 2 in the binge free zone! I THINK I am back in the groove with jsut 3 pounds left to lose. I take my weekly measurements in the morning so stay tuned. She's baaaa-aaack!

We really don't ahve a whole lot planned for the weekend except Jim is going to start putting up some Christmas lights cuz that is what you do in our part of the country. That is taking advantage of the good weather before winter truly breaks which could be any time now. Sigh. Then of course we ahve Iowa hawkeye football to watch, groceries, church tomorrow evening and then there is alway the beloved laundry.

Sprinkled in will be a long walk tomorrow and a run on Sunday. I will finish out week 2 of the SparkPeople 28 day Bootcamp with the required videos and start Week 3. So far, taking advantage of the Bootcamp in addition to Operation MM has proved to be a great combination as I am losing weight AND losing inches. Awesome!
