~Operation Mickey Mouse...getting myself fit and toned for our December Disney trip~
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
emoticon Water ~ 64 oz.
emoticon Fruits/Veggies ~ 3 servings (oops)
emoticon Sodium intake ~ decent
emoticon Cardio ~ 4 mile walk for 60 min.
emoticon ST ~Spark BC Day Six abs/core ~ Running ST
emoticon Binges ~ Zilch Nada Stay out of the crap! Streak Day 3
~~~~~~~~~~~~~

It was a good day, it was a so-so day but I have NSV (non scale victories)!! They are as follows:

*Weight: start 138 now 133

*Waist: start 29.5 now 27.75

*Hips: start 39 now 38

*Arm: start 12 now 11

*BMI: start 23.1 now 22.9

Body fat%: start 30.2 now 27.3

Above all, I feel leaner and meaner and I feel so much better and alive. I also feel that I am getting established in a much better fitness routine. If I don't work out on a given day, I feel groggy and flubbery. I am starting to look forward to that toning feeling. Endorphins rock!

Tomorrow starts week 3 of the SparkPeople 28 day Bootcamp and both Emily and I are yankin and crankin and going places with it! That in conjunction to Operation MM has been working wonders and I am going to reach my ultimate goal of reaching 130 lbs. and being super duper trim and toned for Disney World Dec. 4! Most importantly, I am going to have a firm fitness habit established when all is said and done. I am going to be a much stronger and fit runner.

Tomorrow brings a short long run of about 4 miles and then I will do a 45 minute full body workout with Coach Nicole's Firm, Fit & Fired Up dvd in addition to my usual running ST. That is a full day. I will also plan out my week's worth of fitness planning. Works for me!

That is about all of the highlights for today so until tomorrow...

Toodles!
