This week in review (7th - 13th)

I consumed 11,290 calories. That's four days eating within range, two over and one under (Sunday, I was sick).
I burned 1320 calories. Not bad considering that was over three days.
I ran once - 3 kms. Twice if you count the mile that I ran at the gym to warm up for my ST session.
I strength trained twice.
I drank my goal of 2L+ per day - 6/7 days.
I at my goal of 5+ servings of fruits/veggies - 5/7 days
The plan for next week:
In range 5/7 days
Burn 1800 calories (minimum). Should be doable because last week, I missed two runs.
Strength train twice.
Drink my water & eat my fruits/veggies.
Tracking todays fitness before I did it REALLY helped me follow through so I might do that again this coming week. I might also start pre-tracking my meals again, too. Just for added accountability.
