I had a fabulous day and feel so happy with my fitness right now. I am enjoying a well-rounded program and I can start to feel new muscles. Or is it that the fat layer is starting to melt away so I can FEEL the muscles? Either way, I am happy! I opted for a 6 mile long run at 12:30 ap and I swear most of it was into a stiff cold wind. I was listening to Christmas music too and that was so much fun.
I had yet another fantabulous day of eating although I could have had a little more protein. I will work on that though and restocked my Greek yogurt for the week. I usually fill in with that but I was out. I love my Greek yogurt mixed with sugar free Torani coffee syrup of varying flavors. Yummo!
The only thing I did not do today was to get my cardio and non-running ST plotted out for the week. I will do that tomorrow as I am pooped with everything i was able to accomplish today. It was a great day!
I want to send my best wishes to my running buddy Christina (phdmama06) as she has launced her Project Pixie Dust. She is suffering from the exact same thing I did post HM so I know exactly what she is feeling. RB, you can do this and I know you will be as successful as I am with Operation MM!!!
Also, my other Wisconsin Spark buddy, Laurie (ft4evr) as she is starting her own project of losing weight and inches. Laurie is starting to run so I wish her well. FT, you can do this!!! You will show that doctor a thing or two! Most importantly, you will start to feel so much better!
That is about all of the highlights for today so until tomorrow...
