To Plan my Weekly workouts is to Plan my Success!

Sunday - finished painting exterior house (done!)
Monday - Body Pump (Group Weight Lifting) - 1 hr
Tuesday - Cycle / Spinning - 1 hr
Wednesday - Zumba - 1 hr
Thursday - Weight Lifting - 40 min, Elliptical - 20 min
Friday -Rest
Saturday - Walk / Run - 40 min
