Well, my weigh in on Friday wasn't what I wanted, but I didn't gain. I didn't lose, but that's ok. I'm just happy that I didn't gain.
I was looking forward to running the 5k on Saturday and woke up with a bug. I threw up all day Saturday. Could barely get out of bed. =( That's ok tho...I have a 5k this weekend too. Hope it will go great!
This week, I am focusing on my portions sizes and meeting my fruit and vegetable recommendations. As well as getting 30 min of workouts in. It's the week before competition for my cheerleaders so I have to coach EVERY day this week and won't have time to get my Wed and Fri normal workouts in. I'm going to try to get cardio and running in at least.
