.: why :. do I stop the routine??

Im just wondering why i always revert to my bad ways... I sleep so much better after a night of weight lifting and zumba. I always feel HEALTHIER when i choose fresh veggies and fruits over refined sugars, and greasy things. My spirits are higher and i feel less bogged down when I drink my water or tea instead of soda and sugary juices!! I just dont understand if i have all these benefits and i feel great while Im doing them then why do I always stop. For now im going strong, I think because I've come to the conclusion it's dumb to give up on spark and really, myself. I can't be doing that anymore, so for today I am thankful for this new mindset.     I keep asking myself these same questions!!! Humans are strange creatures...we still revert to things we "think" will comfort us and make us feel better when we have proven over and over that the opposite is the case! I am just trying to focus on one day at a time and rereading journal entries where I've outlined positive effects of my more healthful eating and exercising. I wish you continued success!
