Im just wondering why i always revert to my bad ways... I sleep so much better after a night of weight lifting and zumba. I always feel HEALTHIER when i choose fresh veggies and fruits over refined sugars, and greasy things. My spirits are higher and i feel less bogged down when I drink my water or tea instead of soda and sugary juices!! I just dont understand if i have all these benefits and i feel great while Im doing them then why do I always stop. For now im going strong, I think because I've come to the conclusion it's dumb to give up on spark and really, myself. I can't be doing that anymore, so for today I am thankful for this new mindset.
