The French Fifty - Week 1

Well, this week I didn't go to the gym as much as I really planned on it. I let life get the best of me. Go figure. But I did drop 1 pound of my 50 pound goal, leaving me at 49 pounds to go!

I plan to eat fantastically, especially considering Thanksgiving is before my next weigh-in date. I plan to workout 4 of the next 7 days - Saturday, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. I'm looking forward to dropping more pounds this week! I'll make it a goal of 2 pounds.
