The good -
Three runs totalling 21 kms.
Water, fruits and vegetables - met my goal almost every single day.
Weigh in day had me down to 130. (lost a whole half a pound this week)
The bad -
On the days that I screwed up nutritionally - I REALLY screwed up.
I didn't do any strength training.
The ugly -
Nope, no ugly.... I'm feeling pretty good lately.
Tonight, I ran an 8km "race" called Sight Night. It was the first year that they've held it and I LOVED it! It had a fairly flat route, the weather was chilly (-17C) but comfortable and we got a super-duper fantastic headlamp in our schwag bag.

Tomorrow begins a new week. First up: 9 km run with my HM Clinic peeps. Then it's home for a quick shower and change of clothes before I go to my second ever Calgary Stampeders game.
It's gonna be a cold one but I think I'm prepared.
I'll let you know how it turns out.
