So, this week starting tomorrow as I've already eaten my breakfast today I am going to take pictures of my breakfast, lunch, dinner & snacks. I think this will hold me more accountable for my choices. I did well this week, as tom is visiting! My goal was to go from 183 - 181 and I am 179! So that is awesome.
Has anyone ever done this before? I've seen it done for team challenges, but it just sounded like a great idea! Hopefully next week I can be at 178! Maybe lower!
